I looked through this forum and it seems alot of the members of bp transferred here.  I know I haven't been online in a while but I have been busy improving RC Basic.  I have fixed alot of bugs and added new features as well as finally finishing the android port.  I have also changed the website to a wordpress site that is way more appealing than the ugliness that was the old orange and brown site.  RC Basic is available for download at www.rcbasic.com

Welcome!

There is plenty of diversity to go around.

I quoted this and made an announcement on http://basicprogramming.pulsar2d.org/ (where the former bp.org forum is now hosted).

Thanks for reposting the link for the new PB.org (sub) forum.

Everyone must be on vacation. Seems awful quite over there.

I was thinking the same thing. The BASIC community in general used to be one of the most active communities on the Internet.  I guess everyone is taking a hiatus like I did.  I can't wait to see what they are working on.

Yeah, where the heck is everybody?

Oh, I replied a two year old post. Everyone's still gone?

I'm still here, too.

I just don't have much to say.

Whatever happened to yabasic, that everyone loved so much? Was that big (v3?) update ever released?

That is a mystery I have yet to solve.

Some mysteries will be eternal.

Myself, I use a mix of ScriptBasic, QB64 and VB6 for *most* of my needs.

Sadly, I'm stuck with 'C' for Arduino and PIC, and it looks like I'm going to have to start using a mix of R and Octave for some scientific work.

I detest having to learn complete languages from scratch.
